JP & S Casey Builders is a family owned and operated residential and commercial building company focusing on the Northern Beaches of Sydney since 1982. During this time, we have constructed new houses and carried out both major and minor extensions and renovations to residences. Over the years our work has extended to other areas of Sydney, including the inner city where we gained a vast knowledge in the restoration of heritage properties. We have also built villas in the ski resort of Thredbo.

We have worked on a number of multi million dollar properties in Bower Street Manly, as well as small extensions and renovations in all other areas of the Northern Beaches. We also offer our services in the renovation of bathrooms and producing  custom kitchens. Our building expertise also extends to decks and pergolas.

We also have experience in commercial field, having completed many office and factory refurbishments. At present we are constructing 7 town houses and 6 Apartments in Carlton Street in Manly.

We only use highly skilled and experienced tradespeople in our constructions.

We can also assist our clients who need the assistance of experienced Architects and Engineers.

Jim Casey is also a qualified and licensed Building Consultant - No. BC2026, as well as holding an unrestricted Builders Licence - No. 41482
